PROMOTING PEACE THROUGH EDUCATION

In Cambodia we partner with an orphanage called Cam Rahn Orphans Foundation. $120 is all it takes to keep a student in school for a year ($10 a month). RIEI sponsors 4 kids -- a $480 investment, to bring hope back for this next generation in a region which suffered unspeakable destruction during the Vietnam War and then Pol Pot’s genocide in Cambodia. This orphanage shelters Vietnamese refugee children living in Cambodia. Prissy Tunnell, one of our RIEI Board members, brought us together with this organization, and we are pleased to make this connection given Prissy's heart for Vietnam and its people following her missionary service there in the 60's.
